Symptoms

如果虚拟机 （VM） 内存利用率或 CPU 利用率超过虚拟机可用的值，端点可能会变得无响应并可能重新启动。

Cause

虚拟机可以利用正常端点操作所需的内存和 CPU。如果发生这种情况，可能会发生内存不足的情况，导致端点变得无响应并重新启动。 

Resolution

对于 NativeEdge 2.x，有关端点核心服务的内存和 CPU 预留的 NativeEdge 工程指导：

  • RAM：最少 3 GB，建议 4 GB
  • CPU：10% 的核心

对于 NativeEdge 3.0，有关端点核心服务的内存和 CPU 预留的 NativeEdge 工程指导：

对于非群集环境，建议留出：

  • RAM：最少 3 GB，建议 4 GB
  • CPU：10% 的核心

对于群集环境，建议留出：

  • RAM：如果将单个本地数据存储区用于共享存储数据存储区，则每个节点至少 8 GB（包括为非群集环境指示的 3 GB）。对于添加到 /Shared_Datastore 的每个额外本地数据存储区，为每个节点额外分配 4 GB。
  • 处理器：25% 的核心
