Unity: Kan niet ssh naar Unity beheer-IP maar aanmelden bij UI werkt

Symptoms

De gebruiker kan zich aanmelden bij Unity via de gebruikersinterface, maar kan geen verbinding maken via SSH. De fout geeft aan dat er geen overeenkomende sleuteluitwisselingsmethode is gevonden.

Unity voert code 5.3 uit, die alle sha1-sleuteluitwisselingsalgoritmen al had verwijderd.

 

Cause

De klant gebruikt software genaamd DBSAFER als een ssh-proxy om de ssh-toegang van de client naar Unity te beheren. De client brengt een ssh-verbinding tot stand met DBSAFER in plaats van Unity wanneer ssh naar het Unity-beheer-IP-adres gaat. De DBSAFER draait een oude openssh-versie die alleen enkele oude kex-uitwisselingsalgoritmen ondersteunt die niet door de client worden ondersteund.

De uitvoer "ssh -vvv <Unity mgmt IP>" geeft aan dat de server open SSH versie 3.0 uitvoert en geeft ook de DBSAFER versie 2.30.205 aan.

De "ssh -vvv" output geeft ook aan dat de server alleen de volgende oude kex-algoritmen ondersteunde.

Resolution

  • Schakel DBSAFER uit of configureer DBSAFER om client direct ssh naar de Unity toe te staan.
  • Upgrade DBSAFER zodat het meer beveiligde SSH-algoritmen ondersteunt.
