Symptoms
OpenManage Enterprise （OpenManage Enterprise） 或 Dell System Update （DSU） 等韌體相容性工具，可能會因為嘗試套用「2U 非擴充儲存裝置背板面韌體 7.10」更新重複失敗，而無法將 PowerEdge R650 納入相容性。DSU 偵錯記錄可能包含下列錯誤：

Cause
如果 OME 或 DSU 載入的企業目錄版本 24.08.03 或更舊版本，或企業伺服器 ESXi 目錄 2024.06 及更舊版本，就會發生這種情況。

Resolution
此問題已在 Enterprise Catalog 2024.08.12 及更新版本和 ESXi Catalog Enterprise Servers 2024.10 及更新版本中修正。
如果需要將舊版目錄與 OME Update Manager 附掛程式 （UMP） 或 Dell Repository Manager （DRM） 搭配使用，請從儲存庫手動刪除現有的檔案「Firmware_KW60H_WN64_7.10_A00_07.EXE」。下載背板的 DUP 檔案 ，然後使用 UMP 或 DRM 的匯入按鈕，將 DUP 檔案手動匯入儲存庫，其中將不再包含 R650 作為受支援的系統。
