Symptoms

  • A Backup Agents installation in Progress 消息显示在 Appliance Configuration Manager （ACM） 上。 
  • AVI 显示没有准备好安装的软件包。历史记录将程序包显示为完整，而在 ACM 上 
  • A Backup Agents installation in Progress 此时将显示消息：

kA23a000000GISmCAO_3_0

Cause

在执行全新部署后，会出现此问题。

Resolution

  1. 登录 Avamar： https://<Avamar_IP>/avi 

Avamar 的“经过验证的 AVI”安装程序用户界面显示没有等待安装的程序包，历史记录显示程序包已完成。

 

  1.  登录到 Avamar SSH。

以下项的验证状态 dpnctl 状态，所有服务均已启动并正常运行。
运行命令： dpnctl status

 

  1. 登录到 ACM SSH 并运行以下命令以清除 Backup Agents installation in Progress 消息： touch /usr/local/dataprotection/var/av_ucd_install_success
     
  2. 使用以下命令重新启动 ACM webapp 服务： Stop webapp
停止 webapp 服务： service dataprotection_webapp
启动 webapp 服务： service dataprotection_webapp start
