Symptoms

vProxy FLR操作中に、マウントが次のエラーで失敗します。

Unable to validate guest credentials: ServerFaultCode: The guest operating system agent has been configured to disable the operation.

Cause

セキュリティ強化のために設定がVMware Toolsに変更されました。

次のエントリーは、C:\ProgramData\VMware\VMware Tools にある tools.conf ファイルにあります。 
[guestoperations]
disabled=true
この設定は「guest-8」と表示される場合があります。セキュリティソフトウェアの「tools-deactivate-guestoperations」

Resolution

1.C:\ProgramData\VMware\VMware Tools\tools.conf ファイルからハッシュアウトまたは削除して、tools.conf ファイルからゲスト操作設定を削除します。

2.FLR操作を再試行します。
