Cause

網路連線能力失敗

vCenter 無法解析或到達部署驗證所需的 DNS 伺服器。

診斷證據

  • Firstboot Logs 表示無法設定網路。
由於無法連上 DNS，VAMI 預先檢查無法擷取部署狀態。

Resolution

解析 DNS 連線能力

  1. 確認 vCenter Server 應用裝置可以 ping DNS 伺服器。
  2. 如果 ping 失敗，請檢查可能封鎖 vCenter 和 DNS 之間 ICMP 流量的網路 ACL 或防火牆。
  3. 更正任何 DNS 伺服器位址或路由問題，並重複部署預先檢查。
