Symptoms

O problema ocorreu no código 4.4.0.1536311042 do Unity e no Windows Server 2016.

Descrição do problema:

  1. O cliente configurou o CAVA, ele recebeu um erro intermitente de que o servidor CAVA ficou off-line e voltou a ficar on-line em alguns segundos.
    Você verá os seguintes logs de erro no EMCSystemLogFile.log

  2. O erro aconteceu aleatoriamente, sem um padrão determinado. Parece que o serviço CAVA não foi afetado.

  3. KB#462457 foi acompanhado, mas não vimos uma diferença de tempo entre o servidor CAVA/Unity/servidor DC do Windows.

  4. Os rastreamentos de rede mostram que o servidor CAVA enviou FSCTL_VALIDATE_NEGOTIATE_INFO solicitação Ioctl, mas o Unity não respondeu e desconectou a conexão TCP.
    Quando o problema aconteceu, o servidor CAVA enviou uma solicitação FSCTL_VALIDATE_NEGOTIATE_INFO Ioctl, mas o Unity não respondeu e terminou a conexão.

  5. Esse problema afetaria a cópia de dados CIFS, como usar o emcopy para tentar migrar dados do VNX para o Unity.
    Eles executam várias cópias simultaneamente, e intermitentemente diferentes falham a cada vez com o erro.

Cause

Isso é um problema, pois o Unity deve validar as informações com a conexão inicial, não com a conexão vinculada. E isso causa problemas aos clientes.

 

Resolution

Esse é o problema apenas com a versão 3.0.2 do SMB, mesmo que eles mudem para 3.1 ou 2.1, ela funciona. E mesmo na 3.0.2 eles têm uma solução temporária.

Solução temporária: Distribuir multicanal no servidor Windows ou CAVA
