Symptoms

此問題發生在 Unity 程式碼 4.4.0.1536311042 和 Windows Server 2016 上。

問題說明：

  1. 客戶設定 CAVA，他們間歇性出現以下錯誤，指出 CAVA 伺服器離線，並在幾秒鐘內重新連線。

  2. 錯誤是隨機發生的，沒有特定的模式。CAVA 服務似乎並未受到影響。

  3. 我們已追蹤 KB#462457，但我們並未看到 CAVA 伺服器/Unity/Windows DC 伺服器之間的時間偏差。

  4. 網路追蹤顯示 CAVA 伺服器已傳送FSCTL_VALIDATE_NEGOTIATE_INFO Ioctl 要求，但 Unity 沒有回應並中斷 TCP 連線。
    發生此問題時，CAVA 伺服器傳送FSCTL_VALIDATE_NEGOTIATE_INFO Ioctl 要求，但 Unity 未回應並已完成連線。

  5. 此問題會影響 CIFS 資料複製，例如使用 emcopy 嘗試將資料從 VNX 遷移到 Unity。
    它們同時運行多個副本，並且間歇性地不同的副本每次都會失敗並出現錯誤。

Cause

這是一個問題，因為 Unity 必須使用初始連接而不是綁定連接來驗證資訊。這確實會導致客戶問題。

 

Resolution

這是只有 SMB 版本 3.0.2 的問題，即使他們切換到 3.1 或 2.1 它也可以工作。即使在 3.0.2 中，他們也有解決方法。
