Resolution

注意：此程序會透過從 Dell.com 下載 Windows 10 或 Dell 直接 Windows 10 USB 磁碟機執行。Windows 10 復原金鑰不允許此程序完成。

輸入 BIOS （Dell 標誌上的 F12 鍵），並使用下列設定：

  • 設為 UEFI
  • 在進階開機選項下啟用傳統 ROM
  • 停用安全開機
  • 將 SATA 作業設為 AHCI

開機至 Windows 10 媒體以進入命令提示字元。

  1. 開機至 Windows 10 復原環境。
  2. 按一下故障診斷。
  3. 然後從疑難排解功能表中按一下 進階選項 。
  4. 在顯示的進階選項畫面上，按一下 命令提示字元。
  5. 輸入：」diskpart」
  6. 輸入：」list disk」
