Instructions
By default, after 10 minutes of inactivity, the Data Protection Central (DPC) session times out and the session is automatically logged out.
To modify the idle session timeout setting, perform the following steps:
1. Make a backup copy of the application.properties file:
cp -p /usr/local/dpc/lib/elg/application.properties /usr/local/dpc/lib/elg/application.properties.`date +%y%m%d
2. Add the following entry to the application.properties file:
server.session.timeout=X
(Where X is the idle timeout value in seconds)
The minimum idle timeout value is 120 (2 minutes), and the maximum is 1800 (30 minutes).
3. Save and close the application.properties file.
4. Restart the msm-elg service using the following command:
service msm-elg restartProducts
