Symptoms

尝试对 NDMP 管理员帐户进行身份验证时，NDMP 备份失败。可在此处找到错误示例：

在此示例中，Isilon 会中止备份，因为无法对 ndmp 用户进行身份验证。

Cause

NDMP 管理员帐户发生一个或多个情况（适用于 Isilon 和 DMA）：
- 密码在 上过期，需要重置。
- 帐户已锁定，需要解锁。
- Isilon 和 Avamar 上的密码不匹配。

Resolution

建议让用户验证 Isilon 和 DMA 端的帐户属性，并按照上面提供的核对表进行作。

Additional Information

NDMP 备份和还原需要 NDMP 管理员帐户。它们需要在 Isilon 和 DMA（Avamar、Networker、NetBackup 等）上进行配置。例如，root 用户或与 Active Directory 关联的用户被视为无效用户。
