Symptoms

Integrace řešení NetWorker VMware Protection je konfigurována pomocí zařízení vProxy. Skript emcauthctomcat Při upgradu instalace prostředí Java Runtime Environment (JRE) na serveru NetWorker může dojít k odebrání. Modulu plug-in vSphere Web Client se nepodaří připojit k serveru NetWorker a zobrazí se následující chyba:

Cause

Instalace JRE již nemá ověřování NetWorker Tomcat (emcauthctomcat) certifikát používaný modulem plug-in vSphere Web Client VM Backup and Recovery. 

Resolution

Certifikát emcauthctomcat je nutné importovat do konfigurace úložiště klíčů Java JRE. Zde je přehled kontroly, zda certifikát existuje, a import certifikátu.

  1. Spusťte příkazový řádek systému Windows nebo relaci terminálu systému Linux na serveru NetWorker.
  2. Přejděte do instalačního adresáře Java JRE. Adresář se mění v závislosti na nainstalované verzi Java JRE.  
Příklady instalačních cest pro JRE 1.8.0_151
  • Windows: C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_151\bin>
  • Linux: /usr/java/jre1.8.0_151/bin
Příklad instalace prostředí NetWorker Runtime Environment (NRE):
  • Windows: C:\Program Files\NRE\java\jre#.#.#_###\bin
  • Linux: /opt/nre/java/nejnovější/bin
  1. Pomocí nástroje příkazového řádku keytool ověřte, zda certifikát neexistuje v úložišti klíčů cacerts Java JRE:
    • Windows:
keytool -list -storepass changeit -keystore ..\lib\security\cacerts | findstr emc
  • Linux:
keytool -storepass changeit -list  keystore ../lib/security/cacerts | grep emc
  1. Pomocí nástroje příkazového řádku keytool importujte emcauthctomcat certifikát:
    • Windows:
keytool -importcert -storepass changeit -trustcacerts -alias emcauthctomcat -file "C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\authc-server\tomcat\conf\emcauthctomcat.cer"  -keystore ..\lib\security\cacerts
  • Linux:
keytool -importcert -storepass changeit -trustcacerts -alias emcauthctomcat -file /nsr/authc/conf/emcauthctomcat.cer -keystore ../lib/security/cacerts 
  1. Pomocí nástroje příkazového řádku keytool ověřte, zda certifikát nyní existuje v úložišti klíčů Java JRE cacerts:
    • Windows:
keytool -list -storepass changeit -keystore ..\lib\security\cacerts | findstr emc
  • Linux:
keytool -storepass changeit -list  keystore ../lib/security/cacerts  | grep emc
