Symptoms

ユーザーは、LUNがシン プロビジョニングされているかどうかを確認する必要があります。

Cause

LUNはシック プロビジョニングされます。

 

Resolution

  1. VMware互換性ガイドを使用して、VAAIがアレイ モデルでサポートされているかどうかを確認します。他のVAAI機能がサポート対象として表示されるため、サポートされるはずです。

  2. EMCのドキュメントによると、VAAIデッド スペースの再利用機能は、シンLUNでのみサポートされています。
    「割り当て解除は、VNXシンLUNを使用してプロビジョニングされたVMFSデータストアで動作します。」
