由于 SSL 连接错误，云单元处于断开连接状态。

Cause

SSL 操作出现问题。

确保您具有导入到 DD 中的云提供商的正确证书。

云端点地址没有固定的公共 IP 地址。出于安全原因，IP 地址会随时间而变化。
如果执行防火墙配置以使用 IP 地址连接到云提供商端点，则当 IP 地址发生更改时，Data Domain 无法访问该端点。

 

Resolution

  • 使用 FQDN 而不是依赖于 IP 地址在防火墙中配置云端点。
  • DNS 将 FQDN 解析为当前 IP 地址或更改的 IP 地址。
  • 如果无法在客户端完成 FQDN 配置，防火墙会定期更新防火墙规则，以包括端点连接的当前 IP 范围。
提醒：鉴于云存储端点的动态特性，不建议依赖其 IP 地址，最好使用 FQDN 并实施适当的身份验证和授权机制以实现安全访问。
