Symptoms

  • Il computer client dispone di quattro interfacce NetWorker, ciascuna delle quali assegnata con un nome host univoco.

where: hostsn0 is the primary interface's host name
  • La risorsa client SAP è stata creata con uno dei nomi host delle interfacce secondarie.
  • Il backup ha esito negativo con il messaggio "Unable to obtain user credential lockbox due to authentication denied".
  • nsrsapsv Il registro non viene creato sul lato client in /nsr/applogs.

Cause

Conflitto tra il nome della risorsa client NetWorker e il nome host effettivo sul computer client.

Resolution

  • Eliminare la risorsa client dal server NetWorker e dall'archivio protetto.

Nell'interfaccia utente di NMC, passare alla scheda Protection per eliminare il client.

Eliminazione del client SAP HANA  

Eliminare l'archivio protetto nella scheda Server - Lockboxes.

Eliminazione dell'archivio protetto del client SAP HANA  

  • Creare la risorsa client utilizzando il nome host principale del computer client. Fornire le informazioni richieste nelle finestre successive per completare la configurazione del client.

Ricreare il client SAP HANA

  • Riprovare a eseguire il backup.
