Symptoms

Avamar 垃圾收集 （GC） 程序失敗，並顯示： 

ERROR: <4202> failed garbage collection with error MSG_ERR_BADTIMESYNC

Cause

一或多個 Avamar 資料節點和 Avamar 工具節點之間的時間未同步。

這會導致 Avamar 維護活動失敗。

Resolution

1.以系統管理員身分登入 Avamar Utility Node。

2.載入管理金鑰。請參閱 Avamar：如何登入 Avamar Server 並載入各種金鑰 ，以取得有關載入金鑰的詳細資訊。

3.檢查時間在所有 Avamar 節點上是否達到同步： 

mapall --all --parallel 'date'

4.如果時間未同步，請依照 Avamar 操作：如何變更 Avamar 伺服器上的 NTP 使用詢問時間 同步處理所有節點的時間。

5.時間同步后，驗證垃圾回收是否成功完成。
