管理者は、以下を行うために、レポートをDell Security Management Serverにバックアップまたはインポートできます。
- Dell Security Management Serverをアップグレードする
- レポートの問題をテストする
- Dell Data Security ProSupportが提供するレポートをインポートする
注：Dell Data Securityサーバーv10.1以降では、Compliance Reporterはデフォルトで無効になっています。Compliance Reporterの有効化に関する詳細については「Dell Data Security Serverの Compliance Reporterを有効にする方法」を参照してください。
詳細については、［Backup］または［Import］をクリックしてください。
カスタム レポートをバックアップするには、次の手順に従います。
Dell Security Management Serverから、Program Files\Dell\Enterprise Edition\Compliance Reporter\webapp\web-inf\reports\dbをバックアップします。
注：Compliance Reporterの場所は、インストール時に別のディレクトリーを選択した場合の例とは異なることがあります。
カスタム レポートをインポートするには、次の手順に従います。
- Windowsの［スタート］メニューを右クリックして、［ファイル名を指定して実行］をクリックします。
- ［ファイル名を指定して実行］のUIで、「
services.msc」と入力し、［OK］を押します。これによって、サービスUIが開きます。
- サービスUIで、［Dell Compliance Reporter］を右クリックして［Stop］をクリックします。
Program Files\Dell\Enterprise Edition\Compliance Reporter\webapp\web-inf\reports\dbに移動して、［deleteを選択します。cmgreports.[VALUE].logcmgreports.datacmgreports.indexcmgreports.lockcmgreports.trace
注：
- Compliance Reporterの場所は、インストール時に別のディレクトリーを選択した場合の例とは異なることがあります。
cmgreport.[VALUE].logでは、[VALUE]はご利用の環境で異なる可能性がある数値を表します。
- 次のファイルを、バックアップまたはカスタム レポートから
Program Files\Dell\Enterprise Edition\Compliance Reporter\webapp\web-inf\reports\dbに移動します。cmgreports.[VALUE].logcmgreports.datacmgreports.indexcmgreports.lockcmgreports.trace
- サービスUIで、［Dell Compliance Reporter］を右クリックして［Start］をクリックします。
