SDS 在 PowerFlex NDU 期间升级后无法退出维护模式

Symptoms

MDM 事件日志显示正在升级的 SDS，后跟退出维护模式命令：

SDS 尝试退出维护模式，但失败。

以上输出显示，在升级后，必须使用新的元数据格式重新构建设备，从 3.0.x 升级到 3.5.x 或更高版本时会发生这种情况。

该函数 contDev_FlushDeviceDirtyDrl_Async 认为这些设备出错，然后设备开始报告没有梳子。

SDS 跟踪日志将流式传输“Reset Drl - No comb”行，直到问题得到解决。

 

Cause

在 NDU 的设备元数据重建操作期间，MDM 代码中可能会发生争用条件，禁止操作完全完成，并且设备进入它认为不拥有任何数据的状态。

 

重新启动 SDS 服务会强制 SDS 重新连接到 MDM，MDM 会在其拥有的 comb 上训练 SDS。

 

Resolution

解决方法

要解决此问题，请在无法退出维护模式的 SDS 上重新启动 SDS 服务，要重新启动 SDS 服务，请运行 pkill sds 命令。
等待 SDS 退出维护方式，然后重试 Installation Manager 升级操作。
