Symptoms
この問題は、Email Management 7.2.5.xの新規インストール、またはこのバージョンへのアップグレード後に発生します。新しいアーカイブフォルダを設定する場合、ElasticSearchコネクタ設定ウィザードは、ホスト名を使用するのではなく、IPアドレスでアクティブノードを設定します。これは、コネクターの構成時にホスト名が指定されている場合でも当てはまります。
ElasticSearchアクティブ ノードのIPアドレスを変更する必要がある場合は、SourceOneサポートに連絡してアーカイブDBのElasticSearch構成を変更してください。
Cause
ElasticSearchからアクティブ ノードの設定を取得する方法は、7.2.5.xで変更されました。
