Symptoms

Certain messages cause delays or fail to be archived by SourceOne Email Management. There are no specific errors or other issues reported by SourceOne at the time of the failure.

Cause

This issue can be caused by delivery report messages that contain large recipient lists and some MAPI properties in unexpected formats. This issue is due to a software defect.

Resolution

Changes were made to handle multiple messages that previously led to SourceOne failing to archive successfully. 

This issue is resolved in patches or Service Pack versions of SourceOne Email Management versions after 7.2.8 SP8 HF2. 

Hotfix Bundles and Service Pack kits are available for download from Dell Support website at https://www.dell.com/support.

Hotfixes are only available for the most current patch or Service Pack versions of the product that were available when this problem was resolved.
