Symptoms

In het exp-logboek MDM wordt het volgende weergegeven:

Impact

De primaire MDM kan failover uitvoeren naar een andere MDM.

Cause

In de MDM LDAP-configuratie is er een optie om de --authorizer_password op te geven. Wanneer u deze parameter opgeeft en als de opgegeven waarde groter is dan 15 tekens, loopt de MDM-service vast wanneer u zich probeert aan te melden met LDAP.

Resolution

De waarde --authorizer_password moet worden ingekort tot een wachtwoord van ten minste 15 tekens.
