NetWorker: Backup incrementale NDMP NetApp 9.9 non riuscito con Could not parse BASE_DATE specified

Symptoms
I backup completi NDMP di NetWorker vengono completati correttamente, ma i backup incrementali o incrementali incrementali hanno esito negativo con errore:
42923:nsrndmp_save: NDMP Service Error: Could not parse BASE_DATE specified.
42597:nsrndmp_save: data start backup: illegal arguments in request
134737:nsrndmp_save: This error may mean that the requested file or directory is not present.
42886:nsrndmp_save: Unable to start the NDMP backup process.
42923:nsrndmp_save: NDMP Service Error: DATA: Operation terminated.Cause
NetApp 9.9 utilizza volumi in stile FlexGroup; I backup TBB INCR non sono supportati.
È possibile utilizzare solo il modello incrementale cumulativo.
Resolution
1. Dalla scheda Protection di NetWorker Management Console (NMC), aprire le proprietà del client NDMP NetApp 9.9.
2. In Apps & Modules verificare che le seguenti voci siano presenti in Application Information, aggiungendo quelle mancanti:
HIST=Y
DIRECT=Y
UPDATE=Y
USE_TBB_IF_AVAILABLE=N
3. Eseguire un backup di livello Full del client (è obbligatorio affinché il successivo lavoro incrementale cumulativo funzioni correttamente)
4. Pianificare Cumulative Incremental per i backup successivi.
