NetWorker：NetApp 9.9 NDMP増分バックアップが「Could not parse BASE_DATE specified」で失敗する

Symptoms


NetWorker NDMPフル バックアップは正常に完了しますが、増分バックアップまたは累積増分バックアップの両方が次のエラーで失敗します。 

42923:nsrndmp_save: NDMP Service Error: Could not parse BASE_DATE specified.
42597:nsrndmp_save: data start backup: illegal arguments in request
134737:nsrndmp_save: This error may mean that the requested file or directory is not present.
42886:nsrndmp_save: Unable to start the NDMP backup process.
42923:nsrndmp_save: NDMP Service Error: DATA: Operation terminated.

Cause

NetApp 9.9 は FlexGroup スタイルのボリュームを使用しています。TBB INCRバックアップはサポートされていません。
累積増分のみを使用できます。
 

Resolution

1.NMC(NetWorker管理コンソール)の[保護]タブから、NetApp 9.9 NDMPクライアントのクライアント プロパティを開きます
2.[Apps & Modules] で、次のエントリが [Application Information] に存在することを確認し、不足しているエントリがあれば追加します。

HIST=Y
DIRECT=Y
UPDATE=Y
USE_TBB_IF_AVAILABLE=N

 

特に UPDATE=Y は、TBB が使用不可 (USE_TBB_IF_AVAILABLE=N) とともに表示されている必要があります。

3.クライアントのレベル フル バックアップを実行します(次の累積増分作業が正しく機能するためには必須です)
4.後続のバックアップ用に累積増分をスケジュールします。
