Symptoms


NetWorker NDMP 전체 백업이 성공적으로 완료되지만 증분 또는 누적 증분 백업이 모두 실패하고 다음 오류가 표시됩니다. 

42923:nsrndmp_save: NDMP Service Error: Could not parse BASE_DATE specified.
42597:nsrndmp_save: data start backup: illegal arguments in request
134737:nsrndmp_save: This error may mean that the requested file or directory is not present.
42886:nsrndmp_save: Unable to start the NDMP backup process.
42923:nsrndmp_save: NDMP Service Error: DATA: Operation terminated.

Cause

NetApp 9.9는 FlexGroup 스타일 볼륨을 사용합니다. TBB INCR 백업은 지원되지 않습니다.
누적 증분만 사용할 수 있습니다.
 

Resolution

1. NMC(NetWorker Management Console) 보호 탭에서 NetApp 9.9 NDMP 클라이언트의 클라이언트 속성을 엽니다.
2. Apps & Modules에서 Application Information에 다음 항목이 있는지 확인하고 누락된 항목을 추가합니다.

HIST=Y
DIRECT=Y
UPDATE=Y
USE_TBB_IF_AVAILABLE=N

 

특히 UPDATE=Y가 TBB 비활성화(USE_TBB_IF_AVAILABLE=N)와 함께 있어야 합니다.

3. 클라이언트의 레벨 전체 백업을 수행합니다(다음 누적 증분 작업이 제대로 작동하려면 필수입니다)
4. 후속 백업에 대한 누적 증분 스케줄을 설정합니다.
