Symptoms
NetWorker NDMP 完整備份已成功完成，但增量或累積增量備份都會失敗，並顯示錯誤：
42923:nsrndmp_save: NDMP Service Error: Could not parse BASE_DATE specified.
42597:nsrndmp_save: data start backup: illegal arguments in request
134737:nsrndmp_save: This error may mean that the requested file or directory is not present.
42886:nsrndmp_save: Unable to start the NDMP backup process.
42923:nsrndmp_save: NDMP Service Error: DATA: Operation terminated.Cause
NetApp 9.9 使用的是 FlexGroup 樣式卷;不支援 TBB INCR 備份。
只能使用累積增量。
Resolution
1.從 NetWorker Management Console （NMC） 保護標籤，開啟 NetApp 9.9 NDMP 用戶端的用戶端屬性。
2.在「應用程式和模組」下，請確定 「應用程式資訊」中存在以下項目，並新增缺少的任何項目：
HIST=Y
DIRECT=Y
UPDATE=Y
USE_TBB_IF_AVAILABLE=N
UPDATE=Y 尤其應該在那裡，同時 TBB 已停用 （USE_TBB_IF_AVAILABLE=N）。
3.執行關卡：用戶端 的完整 備份 （下個累計增量工作必須執行才能正常執行）
4.排程後續備份的累積增量。
