Symptoms
NetWorker NDMP 完整备份成功完成，但增量备份或累积增量备份均失败，并显示错误：
42923:nsrndmp_save: NDMP Service Error: Could not parse BASE_DATE specified.
42597:nsrndmp_save: data start backup: illegal arguments in request
134737:nsrndmp_save: This error may mean that the requested file or directory is not present.
42886:nsrndmp_save: Unable to start the NDMP backup process.
42923:nsrndmp_save: NDMP Service Error: DATA: Operation terminated.Cause
NetApp 9.9 使用 FlexGroup 样式卷;不支持 TBB INCR 备份。
只能使用累积增量。
Resolution
1.从 NetWorker Management Console （NMC） 的 * 保护 * 选项卡中，打开 NetApp 9.9 NDMP 客户端的客户端属性。
2.在“应用程序和模块”下，确保 “应用程序信息”中存在以下条目，并添加任何缺失的条目：
HIST=Y
DIRECT=Y
UPDATE=Y
USE_TBB_IF_AVAILABLE=N
尤其应该有 UPDATE=Y，同时禁用 TBB （USE_TBB_IF_AVAILABLE=N）。
3.执行客户端 的完整 备份级别（下一次累积增量工作必须正常运行）
4.为后续备份计划累积增量。
