L'upgrade ha esito negativo con errori di I/O nei registri asmManager ed errori di DEBUG in cui non è possibile individuare il software per gli ID componente. Come illustrato nelle schermate seguenti:

L'aggiornamento del codice di impatto non si avvia mai.

Cause

In rare occasioni, il codice scaricato viene danneggiato, ma può comunque essere aggiunto a PowerFlex Management Platform (PFMP) utilizzando l'interfaccia utente.  

 

Resolution

  • Scaricare nuovamente i pacchetti RCM/IC correnti.
  • Convalidare i checksum
  • Upload
  • Riprovare l'aggiornamento di PFxM
