PowerFlex 4.X Não é possível fazer upgrade do equipamento devido a IDs de componentes de software ausentes

Symptoms

Situação

O upgrade falha com erros de E/S nos logs do asmManager e erros de depuração em que o software não pode ser localizado para IDs de componentes. Conforme visto nas capturas de tela a seguir:

O upgrade do código de impacto nunca é iniciado.

Cause

Em raras ocasiões, o código baixado será corrompido, mas ainda poderá ser adicionado à PowerFlex Management Platform (PFMP) usando a interface do usuário.  

 

Resolution

  • Faça download novamente dos pacotes RCM/IC atuais.
  • Valide as somas de verificação
  • Carregar
  • Repetir o upgrade do PFxM
