Symptoms

Geplante Sybase-Backups schlagen fehl, wenn SYBASE_USERKEY in nmda_sybase_backup.cfg verwendet werden.

Im Policy-Workflow-Aktionsprotokoll protokollierter Fehler:

nsrdasv: CT-LIBRARY error:
ct_con_props(): user api layer: external error: Reading information from secure store failed at com_getenv(HOME)
nsrdasv: Unable to log in to the database <Database name>.
nsrdasv: Unable to log in to the database <Database name>.
nsrdasv: The child nsrdasv exited with a non-zero return code: 65280

Das vom Client initiierte Backup mit "nsrdasv -z <nmda_sybase_backup.cfg>" funktioniert einwandfrei.

Cause

Funktioniert wie vorgesehen.
Die Sybase-Nutzerspeicherfunktion wird nur für manuelle Backups und nicht für geplante Backups unterstützt. 

Resolution

Führen Sie ein clientinitiiertes Backup mit dem Befehl nsrdasv aus, wenn Sie mit dem Sybase OS-Nutzer angemeldet sind. 

Ein Beispielbefehl sieht folgendermaßen aus:

$ /usr/sbin/nsrdasv -z /nsr/apps/config/nmda_sybase_backup.cfg
