Symptoms

Il backup pianificato di Sybase non riesce quando si utilizza SYBASE_USERKEY in nmda_sybase_backup.cfg.

Errore registrato nel registro policy-workflow-action:

nsrdasv: CT-LIBRARY error:
ct_con_props(): user api layer: external error: Reading information from secure store failed at com_getenv(HOME)
nsrdasv: Unable to log in to the database <Database name>.
nsrdasv: Unable to log in to the database <Database name>.
nsrdasv: The child nsrdasv exited with a non-zero return code: 65280

Il backup avviato dal client utilizzando "nsrdasv -z <nmda_sybase_backup.cfg>" funziona correttamente.

Cause

Funzionamento come previsto.
La funzionalità di archiviazione utente Sybase è supportata solo per i backup manuali e non supporta i backup pianificati. 

Resolution

Eseguire un backup avviato dal client utilizzando il comando nsrdasv quando si è connessi con l'utente del sistema operativo Sybase. 

Un comando di esempio è simile al seguente:

$ /usr/sbin/nsrdasv -z /nsr/apps/config/nmda_sybase_backup.cfg
