Symptoms

nmda_sybase_backup.cfgでSYBASE_USERKEYを使用すると、Sybaseのスケジュール設定されたバックアップが失敗します。

policy-workflow-actionログに記録されたエラー:

nsrdasv: CT-LIBRARY error:
ct_con_props(): user api layer: external error: Reading information from secure store failed at com_getenv(HOME)
nsrdasv: Unable to log in to the database <Database name>.
nsrdasv: Unable to log in to the database <Database name>.
nsrdasv: The child nsrdasv exited with a non-zero return code: 65280

「nsrdasv -z <nmda_sybase_backup.cfg>」を使用してクライアントが開始したバックアップは正常に動作します。

Cause

設計どおりに動作しています。
Sybaseユーザー ストア機能は、手動バックアップでのみサポートされており、スケジュール バックアップはサポートしていません。 

Resolution

Sybase OSユーザーでログに記録されている場合は、nsrdasvコマンドを使用して、クライアントが開始するバックアップを実行します。 

コマンドの例は次のようになります。

$ /usr/sbin/nsrdasv -z /nsr/apps/config/nmda_sybase_backup.cfg
