A supportsave 在以下期间失败 SSH 认证。

均适用 SCP 和 SFTP 恃 SSH 用于身份验证。 SCP 本质上使用 SSH 在后台建立客户端（交换机）和服务器之间的安全连接（例如 SANnav 或 SFTP server） 用于文件传输。

当您启动 SCP 传输时，有两个身份验证步骤：

  • 服务器身份验证： SSH 使用主机密钥对服务器进行身份验证。
  • 用户身份验证：在 SSH，则客户端使用密码、密钥对或其他方法向服务器进行身份验证。

Cause

假设您的登录凭据正确无误，则问题可能是由服务器身份验证期间的故障引起的。

开关 （SSH client） 比较 SSH 服务器 （10.xx.xx.10） 针对存储在其 known_hosts 文件中定义。如果不匹配，则身份验证将失败。 

Resolution

解决方法是清除交换机中的错误条目。

用 sshutil delknownhost 要清除 SSH (SCP/SFTP） 设备的已知主机表中的服务器 IP 地址或主机名。仅限已获得访问权限的用户才能使用 SSH- 相关工具，如 sshutil 在 Brocade 交换机上可以执行以下作。

要确认，请使用以下命令：

sw7:FID128:admin>  sshutil showuser

如果 SCP 服务器连接是通过除 22 以外的任何其他端口（默认值） SSH），则还必须指定端口号。例如： SSH/SFTP 服务器 （10.xx.xx.10:22），请使用以下语法：

sw7:FID128:admin> sshutil delknownhost
IP Address/Hostname to be deleted: 10.xx.xx.10

例如，SANnav 服务器 （10.xx.xx.10:6022），请使用以下语法：

sw7:FID128:admin> sshutil delknownhost
