Symptoms

Il software di benchmarking segnala scarse prestazioni di scrittura sulle unità SSD Phison P0221. Crystaldiskmark e altri strumenti di benchmark restituiscono "Velocità di lettura/scrittura del disco 0" sull'unità NVMe (Non-Volatile Memory Express).

Cause

Il firmware unità (FW) non è in grado di eseguire la garbage collection (GC) in background. La cache SLC (Single Level Cell) non viene cancellata. Una cache completa fa sì che il firmware attivi GC in primo piano, limitando i comandi host. Ciò causa un calo delle prestazioni nel tempo.

Resolution

Nota: Prima di avviare l'aggiornamento, effettuare le seguenti operazioni:

  2. Collegare l'adattatore CA se gli aggiornamenti sono in esecuzione su un notebook.
