Il backup del cluster Avamar SQL non riesce con errore: Impossibile connettersi al client remoto

Symptoms

Il backup SQL di Avamar del cluster AlwaysON dual-homed non riesce.

Dal registro principale del plug-in avsql:

From remote client avagent log we don't see any sub-workorder as the IP in question (10.x.x.22) cannot be contacted from backup IP of AlwaysON listener (10.x.x.81):
initiator_agent_ip="10.x.x.81"
remote_agent_ip="10.x.x.22"

 

Cause

Per l'ambiente cluster SQL AlwaysON dual-homed, il nome di dominio completo (FQDN) dei nodi SQL viene risolto nell'indirizzo IP dalla rete di produzione. Questa rete non ha accesso alla rete di backup.

 

Questo problema può essere riscontrato in ambienti con più schede di rete o in presenza di diverse vLAN.

 

Resolution

Risoluzione permanente:
Eseguire l'upgrade di Avamar Server a.

  • 19.7.100-82 o versioni successive
  • La correzione è integrata in Avamar 19.7 e versioni software successive.
    • Nuovo flag nel file avsql.cmd nel VAR condiviso AlwaysON: 
      • --clusternode=<SQL_node_name>(<IP_ADDRESS>)
