Symptoms

Резервное копирование Avamar SQL кластера AlwaysON с двумя сетевыми устройствами завершается сбоем.

В главном журнале подключаемого модуля avsql:

From remote client avagent log we don't see any sub-workorder as the IP in question (10.x.x.22) cannot be contacted from backup IP of AlwaysON listener (10.x.x.81):
initiator_agent_ip="10.x.x.81"
remote_agent_ip="10.x.x.22"

 

Cause

В среде кластера SQL с двумя сетевыми устройствами AlwaysON полностью квалифицированное доменное имя (FQDN) узлов SQL разрешается в IP-адрес из производственной сети. Эта сеть не имеет доступа к сети резервного копирования.

 

Эта проблема может наблюдаться в средах с несколькими сетевыми платами или в разных виртуальных локальных сетях.

 

Resolution

Постоянное решение:
Обновите Avamar Server до.

  • 19.7.100-82 или более поздняя версия
  • Исправление включено в Avamar 19.7 и более поздние выпуски программного обеспечения.
    • Новый флаг в avsql.cmd файле в общем реселлере AlwaysON: 
      • --clusternode=<SQL_node_name>(<IP_ADDRESS>)
