Symptoms

雙宿主 AlwaysON 叢集的 Avamar SQL 備份失敗。

從主要的 avsql 附掛程式記錄：

From remote client avagent log we don't see any sub-workorder as the IP in question (10.x.x.22) cannot be contacted from backup IP of AlwaysON listener (10.x.x.81):
initiator_agent_ip="10.x.x.81"
remote_agent_ip="10.x.x.22"

 

Cause

若為雙主目錄 AlwaysON SQL 叢集環境，SQL 節點完整網域名稱 （FQDN） 會解析為來自生產網路的 IP 位址。此網路無法存取備份網路。

 

在多 NIC 環境中或涉及不同 vLAN 的情況下，可能會出現此問題。

 

Resolution

永久解決方案：
將 Avamar Server 升級至。

  • 19.7.100-82 或更新版本
  • 此修正已納入 Avamar 19.7 及更新版本的軟體版本中。
    • AlwaysON 共用 VAR 中 avsql.cmd 檔案中的新旗標： 
      • --clusternode=<SQL_node_name>(<IP_ADDRESS>)
