Symptoms

双宿主 AlwaysON 群集的 Avamar SQL 备份失败。

从主 avsql 插件日志中：

2017/01/26-11:46:01.41899 [avsql_assist]  avsql_iac_manager::forward_ctl_message() received response dequeued_ret    on queue remote
2017-01-26 12:46:01 avsql Error <0000>: Unable to connect to the remote client '10.x.x.22', error code: 2.
Please ensure that the remote backup agent is running.

From remote client avagent log we don't see any sub-workorder as the IP in question (10.x.x.22) cannot be contacted from backup IP of AlwaysON listener (10.x.x.81):
initiator_agent_ip="10.x.x.81"
remote_agent_ip="10.x.x.22"

 

Cause

对于双宿主 AlwaysON SQL 群集环境，SQL 节点完全限定域名 （FQDN） 将解析为生产网络中的 IP 地址。此网络无权访问备份网络。

 

此问题可能出现在多 NIC 环境或涉及到不同 vLAN 的环境中。

 

Resolution

永久解决方案：
将 Avamar Server 升级到。

  • 19.7.100-82 或更高版本
  • 该修复包含在 Avamar 19.7 和更高软件版本中。
    • AlwaysON 共享 VAR 的avsql.cmd文件中的新标记： 
      • --clusternode=<SQL_node_name>(<IP_ADDRESS>)
