Symptoms
SharePoint GLR(Granular Level Recovery)이 실패하고 "클라이언트에 세분화된 복원에 필요한 플러그인이 없습니다. 필요한 플러그인이 있는 클라이언트를 찾아 선택합니다. 플러그인 3028." 오류 메시지, 
Cause
GLR 작업이 수행되는 Windows 클라이언트 머신의 Services.msc 콘솔에 "EMC Avamar for SharePoint GLR" 서비스가 표시되지 않습니다. 이 서비스는 SharePoint GLR 작업에 필요합니다.
Resolution
SharePoint VSS 및 GLR 플러그인을 제거한 다음 다시 설치합니다. 완료되면 Services.msc 콘솔에서 "EMC Avamar for SharePoint GLR" 서비스가 있는지 확인합니다.
