Symptoms
SharePoint 精細層級復原 （GLR） 可能會失敗，並顯示「用戶端沒有進行精細還原所需的附掛程式。瀏覽並選取具有所需附掛程式的用戶端。附掛程式 3028。」錯誤訊息， 
Cause
在執行 GLR 作業的 Windows 用戶端機器上的 Services.msc 主控台中，看不到「適用於 SharePoint GLR 的 EMC Avamar」服務。SharePoint GLR 作業需要此服務。
Resolution
解除安裝 SharePoint VSS 和 GLR 附掛程式，然後重新安裝。完成後，請檢查 Services.msc 主控台，並確認有「適用於 SharePoint GLR 的 EMC Avamar」服務。
