Symptoms
SharePoint 粒度级恢复 （GLR） 可能会失败，并显示“客户端没有用于粒度还原所需的插件。浏览并选择具有所需插件程序的客户端。Plugin 3028.“ 错误消息， 
Cause
在执行 GLR作的 Windows 客户端计算机上的 Services.msc 控制台中不显示“EMC Avamar for SharePoint GLR”服务。SharePoint GLR作需要此服务。
Resolution
卸载 SharePoint VSS 和 GLR 插件，然后重新安装。完成后，检查 Services.msc 控制台并确认存在“EMC Avamar for SharePoint GLR”服务。
