Cause

Služba "EMC Avamar for SharePoint GLR" se nezobrazuje v konzole Services.msc v klientském počítači se systémem Windows, kde se provádí operace GLR. Tato služba je vyžadována pro operace SharePoint GLR.

Resolution

Odinstalujte modul plug-in SharePoint VSS a GLR a poté jej znovu nainstalujte. Poté zkontrolujte konzoli Services.msc a ověřte, zda je k dispozici služba "EMC Avamar for SharePoint GLR".
