Symptoms

Il ripristino a livello granulare (GLR) di SharePoint potrebbe non riuscire con il messaggio "Il client non dispone del plug-in richiesto per il ripristino granulare. Individuare e selezionare un client che disponga del plug-in richiesto. Plug-in 3028." messaggio di errore,

Cause

Il servizio "EMC Avamar for SharePoint GLR" non è visibile nella console Services.msc sul computer client Windows in cui viene eseguita l'operazione GLR. Questo servizio è richiesto per le operazioni GLR di SharePoint.

Resolution

Disinstallare SharePoint VSS e il plug-in GLR, quindi reinstallarli. Al termine, controllare la console Services.msc e verificare che sia presente il servizio "EMC Avamar for SharePoint GLR".
