Symptoms
SharePointの細分性の高いリカバリー(GLR)が、「クライアントには細分性の高いリストアに必要なプラグインがありません。必要なプラグインがあるクライアントを参照して選択します。Plugin 3028.」というエラーメッセージが表示される 
Cause
「EMC Avamar for SharePoint GLR」サービスは、GLR操作が実行されるWindowsクライアント マシンのServices.mscコンソールに表示されません。このサービスは、SharePoint GLR操作に必要です。
Resolution
SharePoint VSSおよびGLRプラグインをアンインストールしてから再インストールします。これが完了したら、Services.mscコンソールをチェックし、「EMC Avamar for SharePoint GLR」サービスが存在することを確認します。
