Symptoms
SharePoint Granular Level Recovery (GLR) kan mislukken met de melding Client heeft niet de vereiste plug-in voor granulair herstel. Blader en selecteer een client die over de vereiste plug-in beschikt. Plugin 3028." foutmelding, 
Cause
De service "EMC Avamar for SharePoint GLR" is niet zichtbaar in de Services.msc-console op de Windows-clientcomputer waarop de GLR-bewerking wordt uitgevoerd. Deze service is vereist voor SharePoint GLR-bewerkingen.
Resolution
Verwijder de SharePoint VSS- en GLR-plug-in en installeer deze opnieuw. Als dat is gebeurd, controleert u de console Services.msc en controleert u of de service "EMC Avamar for SharePoint GLR" aanwezig is.
