Symptoms

Häiriötä aiheuttava palvelupäivitys epäonnistuu, jos vCenterissä näkyvä SVM-nimi ei vastaa sen isäntänimeä:

Cause

PowerFlex Manager -koodi ohittaa SVM:t niiden isäntänimen perusteella, mutta etsii virtuaalikoneen nimeä. Esimerkki:

VMware-laajennuksen avulla SVM:n nimi on esimerkiksi ScaleIO-192.168.xx.xx, mutta isäntänimet ovat esimerkiksi ScaleIO-192-168-xx.xx.

 

Resolution

Nimeä vCenterin SVM uudelleen vastaamaan isäntänimeä.
