Symptoms

加密 vProxy 虚拟机时，NetWorker VMware Protection （NVP） 备份失败。返回的错误消息为：

Backup has FAILED. Failed to backup virtual disk "Hard disk 3".  "Failed to initialize Block Reader. Failed to open source VMDK"
VMDK 'XXX-XXX] vm_name.vmdk': VDDK Error: 13: You do not have access rights to this file.

 

Cause

加密 vProxy 保护非加密虚拟机。

 

Resolution

NetWorker VMware 集成指南建议您在使用加密虚拟机时不应使用自动 vProxy 选择，应手动将 vProxy 分配给加密策略。
但是，请务必仅将加密的虚拟机分离到加密的 vProxy，将未加密的虚拟机分离到非加密的 vProxy。
