Cause

Verkon SSH-yhteysongelmat: Verkko- tai SSH-yhteys solmujen välillä tai virtuaalisen etädatakeskuksen (VDC) kanssa ei ehkä ole käytettävissä.

SSH-avainten ongelma: VDC:n olemassa olevia SSH-avaimia ei ehkä ole määritetty oikein.

Resolution

SSH-portin on oltava auki liittovaltion VDC:n välillä, jotta näppäimiä voidaan kiertää.

Jos tämä ei korjaa ongelmaa, ota yhteys Dell ECS:n ja ObjectScalen tekniseen tukeen ja liitä mukaan sen solmun lokit, josta konsoli suoritettiin:

/opt/emc/caspian/user-console/<timestamp>_run_Refresh_Certificates/
