Symptoms

ECSおよびObjectScaleでSSHキーをローテーションしようとすると、ユーザー コンソール操作が失敗し、次のエラーが表示されることがあります。

Cause

ネットワークSSH接続の問題: ノード間またはリモートの仮想データセンター(VDC)とのネットワーク接続またはSSH接続が使用できない可能性があります。

SSHキーの問題: VDC内の既存のSSHキーが正しく構成されていない可能性があります。

Resolution

キー ローテーションを可能にするには、フェデレーション内のVDC間でSSHポートを開く必要があります。

これで問題が解決しない場合は、コンソールを実行したノードのログを使用して、Dell ECSおよびObjectScaleテクニカル サポート にお問い合わせください。
