수동으로 시작한 백업은 성공적으로 완료됩니다.

로그(/usr/local/avamar/var/mc/server_log/mcserver.log*)에는 다음이 표시됩니다.

FQDN(정규화된 도메인 이름)에 대한 ping 테스트 customer.com.mx localhost 주소 127.0.0.1에서 응답을 받았습니다.

Cause

이 localhost 의 항목 /etc/hosts 파일이 올바르게 구성되지 않았습니다.

 

Resolution

1. admin으로 로그인합니다.

2. 루트 권한으로 상승합니다.

3. 호스트 파일을 검토합니다.

cat /etc/hosts
127.0.0.1     customer.com.mx localhost
::1           customer.com.mx localhost
10.xx.xx.11   cusotmer.com.mx customer
 

이 출력은 잘못 구성된 hosts 파일을 표시합니다.

/etc/hosts의 localhost에 대한 올바른 구성은 다음과 같습니다.

127.0.0.1       localhost
::1             localhost
 

4. hosts 파일을 업데이트하고 수정합니다.

5. 업데이트된 호스트 파일을 검토합니다.

cat /etc/hosts
127.0.0.1     localhost
::1           localhost
10.xx.xx.11   cusotmer.com.mx customer
 

6. Avamar별로 MCS(Management Console Server)를 재시작합니다. Management Console Server를 재시작하는 방법

7. 그리드를 모니터링하고 예약된 백업이 실행되는지 확인합니다.
