NetWorker: Falha de backup do Oracle do NMDA ORA-00603 e ORA-27515

Symptoms

Falha no backup manual e agendado do NetWorker ao iniciar. Oracle instalado no sistema operacional Linux

 

Cause

No host do client Oracle:

#ps -ef | grep nsrexecd
(take note of the process ID PID for next command)
#cat /proc/PID/limits

A saída mostra:

Max locked memory         65536                65536                bytes

 

Resolution

No host do client Oracle:

cd /etc/systemd/system
ls -ltr | grep networker.service
output will be: networker.service -> /opt/nsr/admin/networker.service
vi /opt/nsr/admin/networker.service

Acrescente a linha abaixo em networker.service (não altere nenhuma outra entrada de linha em networker.service):

LimitMEMLOCK=infinity
Save the networker.service

Em seguida, execute os seguintes comandos:

systemctl daemon-reload
systemctl restart networker

ps -ef | grep nsrexecd
(take note of the process ID PID for next command)
cat /proc/<PID in above command>/limits

Max locked memory         unlimited            unlimited            bytes  => the value changes from 65536 to unlimited

Execute o backup do banco de dados Oracle ou FS a partir do NetWorker NMC.
